Re: T25 brake caliper repair kit
Thanks for that protexblue,
What a great web site. Saved me having to get a new caliper. I hate having to through away something which can be repaired.

T25 brake caliper repair kit
Does anyone know where I can get one of these? It's a 1990 1.9 petrol. Several people seem to do them for 73 -86, but I'm sure that won't fit. I found two saying they had them online (coolair and e-bay), but both were out of stock. Thanks.

Re: DG rebuild
Most of the difficulty getting the engine apart as mentioned in my post was getting the heads off and the pistons out, but I see you've done that before. Splitting the engine was very straightforward and according to Haynes. Couple of observations. It's not necessary to take out the distributor driv...

I...

Re: Replacement Alternator problems
I've been looking at a replacement alternator for my van too. I have a 1990 Autosleeper. It has exactly the same alternator as yours. I guess it's 65 amps rather than 45 because of the leisure battery and fridge. Buy Parts By (http://www.buypartsby.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);r...

T25 battery warning
I have a rather odd problem on my 1990 1.9 petrol van. Coming home this morning, the battery warning light came on (nothing odd so far!). I stopped and checked all the connections and fuses but could find nothing. I had about 60 miles to go, no need for lights, so I carried on and got it home. This ...
