During winter months I use a set of 'bfg 14" all terrain' on my van here in Sweden. Work superb on snow but can be quite tricky (but good fun) on the ice. Most people use a 'dubb deck' which is a metal studded tyre. If I need to change I'll probably buy these instead. Don't know they're availab...

Thanks for the info. Will look into the recyled air system. I have a 'webasto' aux heating system but can't run this with while driving. Also everyone here has an overnight electric hookup for engine warmers and cabin heaters so first thing in the morning is no probs. Might just have to buy thicker ...

Hi Is it possible to boost the cab heaters performance? I'm over in Sweden just now and things got a bit chilly last winter. Temp can be below -25 C for weeks. Heaters fine in normal conditions but think the air temp supercools the coolant. Seen a few older cars with front vents blocked off but not ...

Had similar problems starting when it was a bit damp. Cleaned up coil connections, which were a bit manky, and now starts first time.

The lights comes on and stays on as soon as ignition key is turned. Seemed to happen after I reconected the main battery. Couldn't find any fuses that might have blown though so could just be coincidence.
