replace the gasket on problems with studs on your engine just be careful with the exhaust studs
give them a good soak with Wurths rost off ice
I've not been in Nuir of ord for years must visit up that way soon

Hi I fitted ps to my 2ltr ac used pump & relay from saxso as said you need to change the rod from to idler to rack nothing else needs changed rember to take the power wire from a point that's only live when engine is running I had mine in for 5years & never had any trouble hope this helps if...

I've ben useing 1 for the past year on prob I bring it in at the bottom of the tailgate

I made 1 up with a bike pump & bit of plastic pipe

there should be a gap of 18" between intake & outlet
otherwise it will draw the hot air back in causing the heat exchanger to overheat & cut out or burn out
what model is yours I've prob got an exhaust to fit
