Re: T25 westy on ebay advice/input
Cheers - keep it coming! Im still struggling to get my head around the differences in what adds value to a T25 in comparrison to a bay! With the bay it was all - make sure its original bumpers etc, original paint so you know you wont get rust popping through in 6 months time. ((i obviously am still ...

Re: how much rust under cab step is ok?
Hi- nice one. Id checked the buying guides accross the internet - including this one (which was very good and part of the reason for joining this forum) Its just that every guide says 'look for rust on the step, and underneath rubber mat' but then doesnt go on to say what warrants a walk away and wh...

Re: how much rust under cab step is ok?
does that mean a 10p sized hole is acceptable at £5.5k if everything else is as rot free as it appears from the photos?? the only other thing ive found is a ver slight prowning on the edge of one of the seams-but again expecting that. I thought that the step plate would be bad as it would move on to...

how much rust under cab step is ok?
Hi, I have my eye on a auto sleeper trident. Seems a good price, has a full 12 months mot no advisery etc Not perfect but not far off (the most minimal seam rust ever, no bubbling round window rubbers etc) However the last few ive seen all seem to have rust in the step to the cab, and tho the last o...

Re: What to look out for with seam resprays?
Hi, My girlfriend says it sounds like your OH is me. I spend every hour of every waking day trawling through auto trader, volkszone, ebay etc etc and then following up on anything even remotely good to get photos of everything (underneath,, arches etc) then shortlisting the best of these for viewing...

Re: What to look out for with seam resprays?
Hi, Cheers for the welcome - and the advice! When it comes to campers, rust and mechanics my experience lies purely from looking at the bay windows for the majority of this year (aprox 5 a month actual viewings!) and from owning a classic mini cooper for 5 years. As you can tell from the viewings im...
