Aircooled Gearbox linkage question
Hi all, Have just bought an Aircooled 2 litre gearbox to put on my 86 diesel but am unsure of what linkage I need. Do I need the 2000cc linkage or will my existing do, if not where can I find the parts? (the box has a hydraulic clutch)

Charge Boost?
Hi, Finally (i think) got all the bits for aaz conversion- but can anybody explain to me the charge boost? i cannot remember seing any connections between turbo and injector pump, also does the pump require any wiring? or do i just remove the existing pump switches?

Sorry excuse etc but i thought that if i use the aaz with it's original turbo and manifold that i would have to have an exhaust made as none of the off the peg systems would fit.

Thanks for the info, i bought my van in germany and the lad i got it from said that the turbo'ed versions had problems with 'cracking' after being shut down without a period of idle to allow the heat to dissapate- perhaps the fan was to help resolve the problem? I think a bit of mechanical sympathy ...

Thanks Harry, I think I will go with this. will let you know how it goes - could you tell me a bit more about the fan? as my van is a 1600 n/a there was no fan fitted
