We carefully cut out our old windows leaving a very small amount around the edge. They were faded and leaking/split. Then bought some clear plastic sheet of same quality and stuck new in with rubber glue onto the small edge strip we left. No leaks and you can see out again :D Bit of a diy job but yo...

Removed distrib and checked spring underneath seems ok. Refitted and tightened up etc. Timed etc. Runs fine then pops out and all out of timing again, backfires and stops. The Viking roof ain't everyone's favourite but with 3 kids it's brilliant. Send the kids upstairs to bed etc. They love it.
