That's what I was thinking, just not sure how to try and get it flush! Possibly just end up bending it back and forth.... Although with the amount I can bend it its going to take a while!

Rear hub nut split pin
Tried to get my rear hub off earlier, ready for new studs going in (for my new wheels), but the split pin has rusted solid. I've sprayed plenty of penetrating fluid in there and going to have another go tomorrow. Anyone got any tips? Unfortunately the ends have snapped off (very early on - it's evid...

DTI / timing adapter
Anyone have one around the cheshire area? I'm getting a replacement diesel pump on wednesday, hopefully fitting it that day but don't have a dti / adapter to do the timing!

Re: Jx fuel Stop solenoid
So, I finally managed to get the solenoid out. I cranked it a little with the solenoid out an diesel started to seep out of the hole - meaning that fuel is getting through to that point. The solenoid still isn't clicking like it should so I took the plunger out and tried to start it like that. Unfor...

Re: Jx fuel Stop solenoid
Yeah, I checked the voltages. Going to take it out tomorrow when I've got a chance and put 12v to it while I can watch the plunger.
Hopefully it'll be that as it'll only cost me peanuts to replace it!

Re: Blower fan noise
Thing is, I need to replace my wiper motor as well as it only works in fat mode, and therefore doesn't auto park. I've got the wiper just trying to get a decent day to fit it!
I'm going to be assigning a while weekend to it as I want to check all the wiring and tidy it where I can.

Re: Temperature guage flashing
Awesome. It could just be something as simple as a slight leak on a hose (I've actually got one too - I just haven't fixed it yet! [FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY])

Tailgate glass dimensions
As the subject says, does anyone have the tailgate glass dimensions handy? I've tried looking online but haven't seen it as yet.
I'm after the LLE logo printing on vinyl for it, but obviously needs to be the right size!
Cheers

Re: Temperature guage flashing
Check the coolant tank in the engine bay (not the header behind the number plate flap). flashing coolant light is usually down to coolant level in there, or an issue with the sender that sits on top. It needs to be full to the brim (or at least it does in a 1.6td - I'm assuming yours will be the same)

Re: Jx fuel Stop solenoid
It is clicking, but doesn't seem to be as loud / clunky as it used to.
The van ran perfectly until it literally just stopped a few seconds after firing it up. There's fuel flowing through the feed and return lines, but literally nothing coming out of the injector end of the pump.
