My bed is i think a westfalia style is a full seat and opens flat to the engine lid/compartment and only takes up a bit more room of floor area in van ! but you do have a rear cushin which lives there and forms part of the bed , storage under the seat ! dont want one of those rear storage they lift ...

Thanks thats what worked out going off the info on here etc the rears would be ok if the adaptors are 20mm that would bring it in to 30 et but the fronts would be 20 et no good going by the 30-39 et req ! but i have read that people are fitting porsche wheels ! dont know what et they are or which wh...

Help needed ! thinking of buying some porsche wheels 16 " x 7j rear / 16" x 6j front / center bore 71 mm so thats ok but its the offset i am worryed about 7j rear are 50mm et and 6j front are 40mm et can i fit these wheels i know adapters are needed 112 - 130 5 stud by can i get the offset...

Hi i use evo-stick "sticks like sh#t "thats what its called lol ! use this stuff a lot its super strong/flexible waterproof etc made new garage doors out of 25mm box section and bonded flats sheets to the frame with this product that was a year ago and still rock solid and out in all wethe...

Hi it could be worth replacing the rad as it is probley years old and sounds like it knackered ! also its a lot cheaper to replace than a cooked engine and the aaz 1.9 td dont like running hot so i ve read ! gsf do one for about £100 .00 brickwerks do one about £ 160 but good qualitiy not to sure ab...

Being an m15 hole there is enough meat there to retap without running tapping drill through then i would assume good bit of info for people with the sump plug problem ! i like the idea of sucking it through dipstick ! but does it remove all the old oil ?

Thanks for that so m16 tap is close to the hole in tapping size then ! what about the swarf from tapping alough with grease on it would catch the swarf ! i myself would drop the sump off to retap but you cant on the Aircooled motors !

Why the renault sump plug if the threads are damaged ? curious on this one as i have just been servicing a mates Aircooled 2ltr and the sump plug is rounded and very very tight ! so i dropped the gauge filter instead to drain the oil ! but would like to remove sump plug but a bit afraid of stripping...

Thanks is that the switch on the back of the head ? i think the switch on the oil filter /cooler is to earth without oil pressure and then when you start lifts and then is out ! the one on the back of the works opp if i been reading right ? will do that ! Paul

In need of a quick fix i know there is a fair bit on here about the BOD but it take ages to find the right info ! so how can i disable it as i intend to fit oil pressure gauge and do away with it!! no problems with my engine it is fine ( aaz 1.9 TD new conversion ) and it now flys ! thanks guys

Well done Ringo that looks just like mine ( schoolboy ring about that lol ) yes its that unit on top then ! that is what mine as got so pop the four screws out take that cover off and remove pin ? is there a spring as well also would you need new gasket ? thanks Paul

Hi thanks for that but not sure if my pump as a LDA fitted there is no canister type unit on it ? there is what looks like a diaphram housing with four screws on it could it be that ? this is all a learning curve for me !! lol as its my first t25 and is the aaz conversion so dont know what different...
