Booked our trip to France this morning!!!

Woohoo......Eurotunnel actually worked out best for us for dates/price so we are off on 0842 on 1 August, returning on 0820 on 16 August.

OH is now getting nervous about 'getting to know our van' before we set off!!! Few weekends needed in him before we go methinks.

Re: What to look out for with seam resprays?

Hi Martin,
Well fingers crossed all seems good so far. The words 'owing a van is goig to be like splitting open a vein and bleeding money' has come forth from my cynical lips several times but i am hoping that this won't be imminent!!!! :D

Re: What to look out for with seam resprays?

Hi, just read your post to my OH who agrees that there are many similarities in the mutual hunt to find the elusive 'just right' van!!!! Mind you he has just uttered the words that will ensure everything now goes wrong with the van..he just said 'I think we got ourselves a bargain'........cue a comp...

Automatics??...advice please.

Hi all...again!

Just wondering how you find the automatic T25s to drive? Are there any particular issues with automatics? We have seen a 1.9 automatic for sale that looks quite promising but thought we would come and gain some advice from you wonderful lot first!

Cheers.
