Does anyone know the law on passengers in the rear with no seat belts?

Also anyone in Wales that know how to get them fitted to rear of camper van??????

Hi all Got a water leak on the n/s/f. Water running down back of glove box and gathering under the mat on the n/s/f footwell. I have sealed the washer jets that were loose and the covers for windscreen wipers and aerial. Have checked windscreen seal and it not perished anywhere and no obvious signs....

I've emailed them so fingers crossed they'll have the answer.

Anyone else have any ideas?
