cost to date is about £1500 on the mechanical bits and £1500 on the body , wheels , lights, windows. hope to have finish it and on the road for £4000 which i think is a bargin. done all the work myself which is all part of the fun plus you get to know the van inside and out. glad you like the silly ...

the new transporters and crafters are grey white which are quite a creamy white. you see loads on the road have a look and keep it vw :ok

hi thanks for reply.
i have ordered new starter as it could not cope with all the cranking and burnt out. also ordered new battery to give maximun cranking.

hi all aaz fitted and ready to go. pump is my next problem its of a 1.6 GTD which came with the 1.9aaz i brought but it has been standing some time and i know now i should of had it checked out before fitting as i have had the rest of the engine rebuilt with mainly new parts. problem is it will not ...

hi
i took old engine out about 8 months ago and since forgot where wires go :oops:
i have thick red with eye which has to be for glow plugs
thick red with spade
all the rest are thin wires
blue /black
blue / white
yellow
red yellow
black
also a red / black and a blue which goes close to alternater

air intake for aaz plus wiring diagram

hi my new fresh aaz 1.9td is in at last. i am using aaz inlet and exhaust manifold with aaz turbo. i have had a twin exit exhaust made up so that is sorted but i need to know which air intake to use. i was thinking of a k&n cone style to keep it simple, has any one done this :?: also what to do ...

aston is ok really with G.S.F up the road, i have a engine builder around the corner and my gearbox man oppersite that. truck mechanics next door, tyres, exhausts made to measure infact there aint much you cant get in good old aston. dub is all fitted up now and i am well pleased. going to weymouth ...
